Disability was largely being excluded from the inclusion conversation. The Valuable 500 wanted to change this once and for all. We helped them create an original, tenacious and collaborative brand positioning that would be led by 500 of the world’s most visionary CEOs.
Who said impossible
The brand achieved what many saw as impossible, recruiting 500 of the world’s most influential businesses to end the silence on disability exclusion. We helped them to create a Synchronised Collective Action Strategy - channelling the power of 500 partners working in harmony. Moving in the same direction at the same time against the same system barrier. Through vision quests, in-depth visionary CEO conversations, creative workshops and cultural qualitative analysis we created a Strategy to prove the value of disability in business. It is acting as a Blueprint for global system change.
